Joyce T. Johnson is a native of Nashville, TN, wife, mother of three, grandmother of six, and great grandmother of four. Her professional experience includes working with Crittenton Services as a Parent Educator for pregnant and at risk teens in the public school system, Substitute Teacher for the Metro Board of Education, House Parent and Counselor for Serendipity House Foster Care Program, and was employed by the Tennessee Board of Probation and Parole where she supervised adult offenders while on parole and probation.
She held the position of District Training Coordinator with the Tennessee Department of Corrections during the last several years until she retired. Mrs. Johnson's focus is to continuously cultivate and promote her philosophy that despite a person's circumstances, life environment, and the situation one finds themselves in, their lives CAN CHANGE.

We collaborate with local pastors and leadership ministries to inform, teach and refer persons involved in Domestic Violence to the necessary tools they need to change their situation and circumstance. Thus far, we have hosted several major events geared toward the resolution of this growing epidemic. We own and have produced several resources that are available to pastors and leaders to serve the members of their congregations who are facing this struggle.
A group of interactive courses for the incarcerated and recently released that uses cognitive behavioral tools to restructure faulty thinking , aiding in improved re-entry outcomes.
